The Fabre Family's "blouge", a unique blend of Syrah and Viognier, offers a floral, light, and very delicate wine, fermented together for aromatic purity.
Blending is done in grains from the harvest to allow for good aromatic harmonization. Fermentation is controlled by temperature control.
