A Cuvee of Summerland grapes picked early to retain their high natural acidity. Whole cluster pressing these grapes releases delicate aromas and textures. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks before it is bottled under pressure giving it a beautiful effervesce.
Tasting Notes: The nose on this fun and aromatic sparkling boasts of green apple, fresh ripe peach and a slight bit of fresh cut grass. The flavours of apricot, and honeydew melon dance across your palate with a hint of freshly baked apple danish on the finish.
