Natural Orange Wine
50-year-old Sauvignon vines, with 50% Botrytis. On a slope facing South/South-East with clay-limestone soil. Hand-picked and macerated for a full week unstemmed and on skin. 3 years on lee. Unfiltered and bottled by gravity. The result is an aromatic, complex orange wine with tropical fruit, orange peel, bright acidity and a long aftertaste.
