Red Wine
100% Gamay Vines located on the Pilat plateau in the Rhone, a cool terroir with granite soil. Aged for 8 months in barrels. The color is typical of Gamay, quite light and purplish. The nose is reminiscent of pink berries, wild strawberries, peony, and violet. The palate is delicious. This wine will perfectly accompany your grilled or white meats, but also charcuterie.
