Traditional vinification for Amarone: the grapes are dried out for 3 months and they are crushed. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks followed by aging phase in oak casks for 3 years, before being released.
Tasting Notes: Intense on the nose, it reminds to peach blossoms, violets, raspberry and mint. On the palate it is smooth, full-bodied, with clear notes of dried grapes.
