Natural Red Wine
The Vilain is made from grapes sourced from 2 vineyards that are farmed organically and biodynamically on sandy soil and granite. Wild ferment in stainless for 15 days then pressed and racked into concrete eggs where it ages for 8 months before a light filtration and 2g/HL SO2 at bottling.
