Natural Red Wine
A blend of seven local red grapes: Garnatxa Negra, Sumoll (all three clones), Carignan, Trepat, and Garrut. Each variety is harvested at a slightly early stage of ripeness, the whole bunches are foot pressed, and macerated briefly (3 or 4 days). After maceration, the wine is gently pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank. After a few days (between 5 and 8), the second variety is harvested, the same process is followed, and it is fermented with the first, and so on until the seventh variety is harvested.
Vinello means "wine of friendship and society", a drinkable and refreshing wine with a low alcohol content.
Product of Spain. Hand-harvested. Fermented with the grapes' own wild yeast. Unfiltered and unfined. Bottled by hand.
