Introducing our new collaboration with the renowned Four Horsemen restaurant in Brooklyn, New York.
Owned by James Murphy from the band LCD Soundsystem, the 1* restaurant has been a big supporter of Muri since we started. It's famous for having one of the best wine lists in America. With a drinks program driven by one of the industry legends - Beverage Director Justin Chearno - the restaurant won the James Beard award for Best Wine Program in 2022 and is a must-visit for any wine lover in NYC.
Tasting Notes: Ripe red fruit to the fore. With balanced acidity and a luxurious texture, the blend is given intricate savouriness from the salty beetroot and has a lightly spicy finish.
Ingredients: Sour cherry juice, water, red currant juice, tomato water, beetroot, sugar, green peppercorn*, bay leaf, salt, yeast.
