Natural White Wine
Vinification: Pneumatic pressing, natural cold settling. Fermented by indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. No use of sulfur before bottling. Aged in concrete tanks on its lees for 6 to 8 months.
The balance and delicacy of the clairette, the relative freshness of the northern Rhône, suits it perfectly.
