Nose: Caramel and vanilla up front, followed by herbaceous notes, baking spices, and a touch of candy sweetness.
Palate: Bold herbal rye character layered with cinnamon, baking spices, and a hint of honey cereal and chalk candy
Finish: The rye spice and barrel notes give a dry finish, while the warming alcohol and lingering spice and vanilla complete a warm finish.
