Cava, the famed Spanish sparkling wine made in the same method as Champagne, as a rose wine! A blend of the native Catalan varieties Garnacha and Monastrell, given a very short maceration for a pale pink hue and some fine berry aromas. Dry and crisp, with no dosage added. Indigenous yeasts, no fining.
