Vinification: 70% in thermo-regulated stainless steel and 30% in barrels, all without added sulfite.
Viticulture: Reasoned.
Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Meunier
Dosage: 0 g/L of sugar added during disgorging
Nose: Pleasant and powerful on apple, tarte tatin and almond, slightly bakery, a little evolved.
Palate: Vinous on opulence with a very good structure, suppleness, excellent balance.
