NATURAL WINE

A dry, skin-contact biodynamic white wine made from the perfumed and aromatic malvasia grape. The skin-contact method, similar to red wine making, imports deeper colour and flavour and gives this wine a brilliant golden straw yellow colour with a rich & aromatic nose with notes of honeysuckle, lychee, stone fruit and aniseed.

The palate offers complex, tart & mouth-watering saline minerality with juicy notes of loquats, Valencia oranges and a lingering finish. An adventurously delicious wine!
