Natural Rosé Wine

Vinification: A 50/50 blend of Gewürztraminer and Cabernet Sauvignon, both direct pressed. Blended after the harvest in Alsace and directly filled in barriques. The fermentation and later the aging that brought oxidation has taken place in the same barriques for 3 years, without soutirage or topping up.

Tasting Notes: This offers a heady perfume of red berries, rose and exotic spice, whilst the palate is salty, savoury and long.
