Natural Skin Contact Wine
Ansonica from a parcel of forty year old vines planted over limestone not so far from the Mediterranean in Grosseto. This spent just an evening on the skins before being pressed off to acacia to rest until the following spring when it is bottled without any additions. A deep shade of amber in the glass, its firm tannins frame intense flavours of stone fruits, sea salt and spice, making for a formidable wine for the table.
