Sparkling White Wine
This Crémant Brut is distinguished by its particularly elegant, uncluttered style, while displaying a fine structure on the palate. Dry and well-balanced, it is the expression of a subtle blend of three emblematic grape varieties of the region: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc, to which is added 20% reserve wine to bring even more depth and complexity. This Crémant remains in contact with its fine lees for 24 to 36 months, giving it toasty notes and a fine mousse, the signature of long, careful ageing.
