Natural Wine
This Rosé was made from a saignée of primarily Pinot Noir. The grapes were destemmed and left on skins for 18 hours prior to bleeding the free run into stainless steel and neutral French oak barriques for natural fermentation. The wine is soft, creamy and floral.
