Lager is a labour of love. This statement reflects everything about how our Ethereal series has evolved. Lager brewing is technically demanding, time-intensive, intricately nuanced, and hard as hell. For our 23rd release, we wanted to use tried and true ingredients so we could really dive deep into the process side. Without getting too nerdy, we focused our efforts on the cold side with a complex fermentation and conditioning schedule. We’ll let the results speak for themselves.
