Our quest for this beer begins with ample amounts of Nelson Sauvin (both pellets and cryo), a hop known for its tropical and wine grape flavours. To push it to the limit, we used Freestyle's Mega Motueka hops, which are blended with Phantasm: a thiol precursor extracted from grapes, which adds big passion fruit and lame notes.
