Folie Sauvage is our Coteaux Bourguignons appellation wine. It's a blend of parcels that reflect the identity of Burgundy, guided by our philosophy. For me, wine is about sharing, conviviality, indulgence, generosity, but also taste, terroir, and above all, nature. When I open a bottle of wine with friends, that's the experience I want to share. That's what I offer you with Folie Sauvage. Pinot Noir and Gamay have always been grape varieties in Burgundy's history that benefit from being blended together. A conversational wine, quite light, fresh, and easy to drink. Perfect to open when a friend drops by unexpectedly.
