Mechanically harvested The grapes are cooled after destemming and gentle crushing. Gentle pressing. Fermentation temperatures are controlled. Aged on fine lees. Limited sulfite additions.
Tasting Notes: The wine is pale yellow with green highlights. The nose is floral, dominated by lily, then develops notes of fresh apricot. The attack is lively, fruity, and structured. The mid-palate is expressive with notes of apricot and white flowers. The finish is powerful and luscious.
