Vinification Method: In 2022 our Grampians Syrah is a combination of three different harvest dates, combining to offer brighter and darker fruit characters as well as white pepper spice and cardamom pod. All three parcels of fruit were treated similarly, each with 20%-30% whole bunch with gentle punch-downs twice daily.
Tasting Notes: Bright raspberries and violets, wet alpine herbs, brined olives and oyster shell.
