Natural White Wine
This vintage is from 2022. Mainly uses Delaware from Yamagata Prefecture, Niagara, Steuben, and Seibel 9110. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged in stainless steel tanks. Blended in spring 2024 using various brewing methods such as direct pressing, 48 hours of skin contact, and 6 days of skin fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks for another 3 months, then bottled. Unclarified, unfiltered, no antioxidants or other additives.
Tasting Notes: The aroma is a mix of fresh mandarin oranges and pears, with a candy scent derived from the variety. The taste is also very fresh, with a rounded acidity and a refreshing drinking experience. The aftertaste is filled with the umami of unfiltered, and the aftertaste is dry.
