Honey Moon is the marriage of Pinard's two iconic cuvées; Frangine & Vin de Jardin. Catherine Belanger and Frederic Simon nail it once again. An equal split between both wines, this vino is juicy with notes of lavender, mint, & nordic berries. Consume in large gulps! 

Semi-carbonic maceration for the Frontenac's and 120 day maceration for the LaCrescent. Bottled without fining or filtration. No sulfur added.
