The first vintage-dated bottled cocktail available, utilizing 2019 harvested spruce tip infused gin, 2019 Niagara Late Harvest Vidal and Bay Leaf and Lavender bitters.

What to expect: Aromas of quince, tropical fruit and honey, supported by vibrant notes of spruce and thyme. The palate is rich and weighty with flavours of candied lemon and passionfruit, elevated by bright acidity; achieved from spruce tip infused gin alongside lavender and bay leaf bitters. Enjoy chilled straight over ice or with tonic.
