Natural Orange Wine
In 2018 François kept the macerated portion of his Chenin separate and bottled it on its own, he gave the fruit a twenty day whole bunch maceration before a slow press, then put into barrel for two years. It’s a revelation, with tons of tropical fruit kept in check with trademark acidity and a wonderful texture.
