Macabeo from a single vineyard at high altitude, a bio dynamically grown mountain vineyard, hand-harvested and then vinified in 3 ways: in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, in a French oak puncheon and on its skins to create a ‘white’ wine like no other. *Only 2900 bottles made*
Tasting Notes: It has an intense aroma of pears and figs and honey and the texture is soft and silky. The wine is long on the palate and ideal for Asian cuisine, fish and soft cheeses.
