Mirror Test is a collaboration blend with our friends at Slow Pour Beer Bar to celebrate their one year anniversary! Together we tasted and meticulously chose our favourite barrels from The Monolith cellars. This blend of 1 & 2 year Mixed Fermentation barrels focuses on classic flavours and prominent wine character from California red wine barrels.
The result is blueberry, and citrus pith aromatics with Pomelo, stone fruit, and strong red wine flavous. It finishes with bright carbonation, drying tannins and a velvety wine-like acidity.
