The oldest, south facing plantings for the family vineyards, at high elevation, steep, poor soils, and all hand harvested and tended. A truly fine example of the region, and what can be done traditionally, at a low-production level. Honeysuckle, apple, lime, a touch of pear of course, and a vibrant, zippy palate and very low sugar levels, but pronounced fruit. Just amazing to be able to work with such clear, and focused Prosecco.
