Natural White Wine
This is a wine with incredibly soft texture (like moleskin) and ever-evolving character. It expresses a potpourri of aromas of lemon curd, green melon, white pepper, underripe pineapple, gooseberry, subtle savoury notes of celery salt and the fresh scent of an ocean breeze while standing on the edge of a pine forest. The palate is rich and round, yet also fresh and vibrant, abound with flavours of pomelo, green melon, Meyer lemon, white pepper and tarragon, leading into a long silky lingering finish, carrying nuances of nutmeg, ginger and toasty oak in the aftertaste.
