One of our favourite annual beers to brew, the 2025 Pomona is bright, lightly tart, and juicy as it’s ever been! Big bold stonefruit aromas and flavours are brought on by using loads of whole Okanagan apricots and nectarines. Fermented in steel with Lactobacillus and Sacc Trois, this sour ale was aged in an oak foeder for 18 months before being conditioned on carbonically macerated apricots and nectarines. You know what they say, good things take time!
