Tasting Notes: Peat smoke wafts from the glass in abundance but never excess, fading into shadows of rich leather and fresh green tobacco. Light and sweet, crescendoing to a crash of candied ginger and over-ripe banana, ensconced perpetually in wispy, raspy smoke.
