This wine is a no-brainer! Dry and herbaceous and bell peppered to the nines with cranberry and sour cherry and juniper fruit, and a cut-grass finish that makes you want to go touch some grass yourself. This is a wine that tastes extremely redolent of Peybonhomme's actual vineyards: bursting with life and herbs and grasses and freshness.

Vinification: Manual and mechanical harvesting, gentle pressing, light sulfiting, spontaneous fermentation, no fining of the wine, cold sedimentary clarification. Organic, Biodynamic, Vegan
