Natural Orange Wine
Made from Epicure, La Crescent, Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Gris and Riesling. Skin fermented for 7-21 days. Aged in qvevri and neutral barrels for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. The acidity rips, with loads of citrus and citrus peels, but brought back to balance by gentle tannins, savouriness and black tea in the background. Nothing taken away or added except 15 ppm sulphur.
