Natural White Wine
Winemaking: Organically grown grapes are from medium clay soil. Soft pressing, temperature controlled fermentation with selected yeasts, and spend 3 in stainless steel with monthly batonnages. Aged 3 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Floral notes galore. Peach, apricot, sage, and aromatic herbs.
