This lager pays homage to the Golden Age of the Song Dynasty (960–1279), We used flaked jasmine rice to echo the ancient tradition of huangjiu (grain wines), creating a crisp and dry finish.
Jasmine, a flower famously used to scent teas in Fuzhou during the Song era, adds sweet floral notes. Adding the tea creates a wonderful bouquet of subtle spring blossoms. A great blend of flavours to welcome spring with, and a great way to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
