Sparkling White Wine
The fruit for our 21 Limestone Riesling Spark was organically grown on the far east side of the Twenty Mile Bench, and harvested early to maintain its fresh bright acidity. This wine is made in the traditional method and aged on lees for 18 months. This wine displays notes of green apple and lemon meringue on the nose, with notes of citrus peel and banana on the palate, accompanied with a bright acidity and a delicate mousse.
