Our collaboration brew with FŌM is an ultra refreshing Dry Hopped Lager. The grain bill has flaked rice and corn for an extra crisp body and we dry hopped with Motueka, Citra, and Southern Cross Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops.
Lemon, lime and white grape combine with herbal notes to give a lovely combination of hop expression while staying very drinkable. The idea for this beer was to dry hop with some 'new world' hops but not just make a West Coast IPA, and we think we've done just that.
