Natural Red Wine
Tabarro Rosso Emilia IGP is a powerful and elegant red wine created from a harmonious blend of Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Marani, Lambrusco Oliva and Ancellotta. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected for ripeness and quality, after which they undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a five-day maceration. The wine then ages for six months on fine yeast cells in stainless steel and a further six months in cement tanks, adding depth and balance.
The wine has a deep ruby red colour and a complex and layered aroma, highlighting spices and small red fruits such as cherries and blueberries. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied and elegant, with a nice balance of fruity notes, spiciness and a long, lingering finish.
