Blended Wild Ale w/ Rice
4.1% ABV | 375ml
In April 2020, Lone Oak & 2 Crows brewed the same base beer, featuring a grist heavy on rice, with a bit of wheat and oats too, and fermented them with our respective yeast cultures in oak at our respective locations(Halifax & Borden-Carleton). Once the beer had fermented and conditioned a bit, and the travel restriction were lifted in summer 2020, we shipped over a tote with about half of our batch and we blended it with half of theirs. We shipped back a tote of the blend and bottled it, giving birth to "Together", our blended version and "Apart", our unblended version.
Super dry, lemony, classic light farmhouse notes of hay and gentle funk.
