Harvest: By hand, carried out in September and divided in two stages according to the maturation of the different plots
Vinification: Soft systems to receive the grapes, short macerations, long pressing cycles, static settling, fermentation at controlled temperatures and aging on lees for four months in steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Fuller bodied coastal Vermentino from Tuscany. Very classic expression, nose of honey, toasted almonds, yellow apples, ocean spray. Nice mid-palate depth with a lingering crisp finish. Match made in heaven with richer seafood dishes.
