'VN' Vinel-Lo Blanco

Natural Orange Wine

Each variety is harvested at a slightly early stage of ripeness, the whole bunches are crushed by foot, and macerated briefly (1 or 2 days). After maceration, the wine is pressed at low pressure and fermented in a stainless steel tank.

After a few days (between 5 and 8) the second variety is harvested, the same process is repeated and it is fermented with the first, and so on until the seventh.

A brief maceration is carried out with the green stem to recover the floral aroma trapped in the bloom without extracting tannins from the stem.

Vinello means "wine of friendship and society", a drinkable and refreshing white wine with a low alcohol content.

Hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered, unclarified, without added chemicals.
