This is a cider to showcase the Good Apples of Calgary.
Each fall we are thrilled to be joined by our community in the process of making a truly local cider. We open our doors and receive donations of fruit from backyard trees all over Calgary. 2020 was no exception. Calgarians’ generosity extends much further than social distancing!
A true Calgary cider-the first of its kind. We sort and hand press every apple, fermenting with wild yeasts living on the skin of the apples. This cider was aged for 16 months on the lees.
With notes of ripe cantaloupe, lemonade, elbow bumps, riesling & soft wildflower aromatics.
You can taste the community of this city in every sip.
Through the generosity of Calgarians, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Calgary Food Bank.
