Natural Rosé Wine

Alfredo Maestro, beginning, in 1998, took place in a family garage in Peñafiel (Valladolid), where everything was manual, no machines. Little by Little the first wines began to be sold in the same garage, but quickly it became too small. Now he's found success all over the globe while being mainly biodynamic or no intervention (depending on the year), traditional thumb pruning with two buds, mulch whenever possible, mulch with straw and biofertilizers.

Garnacha Tintorera grapes from Duero and surrounding areas, pressed directly without contact with their skins to obtain freshness and crunchy fruit. A spectacular rosé. The vines belong mainly to a vineyard called EL CUCHILLEJO, located in Olmos de Peñafiel, (planted in 1953, with an altitude of 850 meters above sea level facing north, the soil is limestone-clay), and from other old plots in the province of Burgos, Valladolid and Segovia.
